OiTutor (“we”, “our”, “us”) provides online English-language tutoring services and learning resources. Our website address is  oitutor.netlify.com.

2. What personal data we collect & why

Contact form & newsletter

When you submit your name, e-mail address and message via our contact form or sign up for free tips, we use this information solely to respond to your enquiry or to send you the requested e-mails. We never sell or rent your data.

Bookings

Lesson bookings made through Calendly are subject to Calendly’s own privacy policy. Your name, e-mail, and selected time slot are shared with us only to confirm your lesson.

Usage analytics

We use privacy-friendly analytics (Plausible.io) to understand overall traffic trends. No cookies are set, IP addresses are not stored, and data is fully anonymised.

3. How we store & protect your data

All form submissions are stored on Netlify’s secure servers and are accessible only to the tutor. We remove inactive contact enquiries after 12 months.

4. Your rights

• Request a copy of the personal data we hold.
• Ask us to correct or delete your information.
• Unsubscribe from marketing e-mails at any time (link in every e-mail).
