What Is It?
Basic Quantifiers refers to words such as some, any, many, much, a few, and a little that show amount.

Why Use It?

Formation and Patterns

Common Mistakes
- Using many with uncountable nouns: say "much water," not "many water."
- Using much in positive casual statements too often; a lot of is more natural.
- Forgetting plural nouns after many/few.
